What feeds Analytics

On every form template, there is a per-form toggle: Use Form Item Data In Analytics. When that toggle is on, every submission feeds the analytics layer. Specific field values become reportable dimensions.

Where to look

Analytics in the side nav opens the dashboards. Filter by form, by location, by date range. Click any chart row to drill down to the underlying submissions.

Worker performance

The Workers tab in Analytics shows submission counts, on-time vs late completions, and failure rates by worker. Useful for both coaching and award-of-merit conversations.

Exports

Every chart has an export button. CSV for spreadsheets, PDF for handout packets.
