Watch submissions live with Monitor and Reports

Live Monitor

Monitor in the side nav streams every submitted form, grouped by day, with date filters and per-submission signature counts. Click a submission to see the answers, attached photos, and the signed PDF. Tap Print to render a board-ready printout using your Print Settings.

Reports

Reports is the same data with proper filters and export. Pick a date range, location, worker, or form. Export to CSV for audit packets or to PDF for archiving. Reports respect reach: managers see only their projects.

Auto-share

Pair Monitor and Reports with Auto-Share (covered in its own help topic) and the right people get every completed form emailed to them automatically.
