Set up the Resource Library

A document repository workers can browse from the app, manuals, policies, SDS sheets, toolbox talks.

Sections and reordering

On the Documents page, the Resource Library Sections panel lets you create sections (Manuals, Safe Work Practices, SDS Sheets, Toolbox Talks, etc.) and reorder them with the up/down arrows. The order on this page is the order workers see on the worker app's Resources tab.

Add a resource

Inside a section, click Add Resource. Upload the PDF, give it a name, and assign it. With Document Control enabled, it receives a DCN automatically. Resources can be moved between sections or reordered within a section.

How workers see it

In the worker app, the Resources tab shows the sections in order. Tapping a resource opens it in the device's PDF viewer. Resources are cached for offline viewing during sync.
