Record stock moves from the field, offline
A driver records a pickup or a drop from their phone. It saves on the device right away and syncs when signal returns, exactly once.
For the driver's phone
On the worker app, a Move stock panel lets a worker record stock going from one place to another, right where the work happens. Pick the from place, the to place, the item, and the quantity, and record it.
It works with no signal
The move saves on the phone immediately, whether or not there is a connection. So a driver loading mats in a dead zone has it on the books the moment they are back in range. A small note under the panel shows how many moves are still waiting to sync.
It posts exactly once
Every move carries a hidden one-time key. If a shaky connection makes the phone send the same move more than once, the system recognises it and keeps only one. A pickup recorded in the field can never double post, no matter how many times the sync runs.
What the office sees
Once synced, the move is an ordinary movement in the ledger. It shows up under Stock, in the On Hand grid, and everywhere else, the same as a move an admin recorded by hand.
